When Robert Callahan founded ContractorBridge in 2009, the wholesale distribution model was dominated by a handful of large FMOs that extracted overrides without providing real value. Agents were left to navigate carrier appointments, compliance requirements, and commission disputes on their own.
We built a different kind of FMO — one that invests in agent infrastructure, provides transparent compensation, and treats compliance as a service rather than a burden. Today, over 1,200 agents across 50 states rely on ContractorBridge to run their businesses.
